UK Mainland Delivery

Standard Small Items (Coco Tidy™, Coco Power™, Spacers): Dispatched via tracked courier within 2–3 working days.

Standard Small Items (Coco Tidy™, Coco Power™, Spacers): Dispatched via tracked courier within 2–3 working days.
Oversized Shipments (Hard Shell™ Kits, Coco Store™): Shipped via specialist pallet/freight transport due to size. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Pre-Orders (New Transit Custom Kits): Advanced pre-orders are scheduled to begin dispatch in mid-May 2026. You will receive tracking and delivery slot confirmation as soon as your kit leaves our Bristol facility.
Transit Damage & Inspection
​All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival.
​If any component (including ABS panels) is damaged in transit, you must report it to us with photographic evidence at INFO@COCONUTSYSTEMS.CO.UK within 48 hours of delivery to secure a priority replacement.
Retail Customers (14-Day Window)

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging.
Exclusions: Any Hard Shellâ„¢ panel, pod, or component that has been modified, drilled, cut, or partially installed cannot be returned or refunded.
Trade & Wholesale Accounts
Standard returns on Trade or Wholesale orders are subject to a 15% restocking and inspection fee.​
Custom-branded​
Components or bespoke colors are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Order Cancellations
Standard Orders: Can be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch.
Standard Orders: Can be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch.
Pre-Orders: Can be cancelled at any time before the official dispatch date for a 100% refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Email: INFO@COCONUTSYSTEMS.CO.UK with your order number, details of the item, and reason for return.
Once authorized, return the goods to our hub:
Coconut Systems Ltd, 19 Somerton Close, Bristol, BS15 9PE.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or approved transit damage.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or BACS) within 5–10 working days of the goods being inspected and approved at our facility.
